Auto & Bodily Injury Litigation Claims Examiner – Commercial Auto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Analyze Auto Bodily Injury Litigation claims on behalf of our esteemed clients to assess the benefits owed.

• Ensure the continuous adjudication of claims meets service expectations, aligns with industry best practices, and adheres to specific client service requirements.

• Evaluate and process claims through well-structured action plans to achieve timely and appropriate resolutions by investigating and collecting pertinent information to ascertain the claim's exposure.

• Negotiate settlements for claims within the assigned authority limits.

• Maintain communication regarding claim activities and processing with both the claimant and the client.

• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directional requests in a professional and timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• Relevant professional certification as applicable to the line of business is preferred.

• __ years of claims management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Experience in Auto BI, Litigation and Non-Litigation, Complex Injuries, UM & UIM is essential.

• Knowledge of jurisdiction: Nationwide Licensing is required; TX, FL, NY, AZ is preferred.
