This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conducting investigations, assessments, negotiations, and resolutions of workers' compensation claims
• Engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including CEOs, claimants, medical provider offices, and legal representatives
• Managing claims across various jurisdictions
• At least 1 year of experience as a workers' compensation claims adjuster
• Licensing and/or experience in California, holding SIP certification
• Proven understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and claims management software
• Office equipment provided
