This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Oversee the implementation of digital worker voice initiatives within workplaces across Guatemala.
• Manage training and provide technical support for supplier platforms.
• Handle case management for grievances in programs utilizing a digital grievance mechanism, collaborating closely with suppliers and brands.
• Be available to support investigations and remediation efforts upon request from brands.
• Assist in creating and updating onboarding materials for suppliers and workers.
• Maintain regular communication with supplier management, from program initiation to routine status updates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as the Director of Client Services, Client Services Senior Managers, and the Deployment Team to ensure successful deployment.
• Collect feedback and suggestions from clients and suppliers to guide platform enhancements.
• Background in social compliance or labor rights, with expertise in supply chains, corporate sourcing, ethical procurement, grievance mechanisms, social impact, sustainability, international development, social impact technology, and/or business and human rights.
• More than 5 years of experience in the global supply chain sector, executing social or labor impact projects.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish are essential.
• Highly organized, responsible, and accountable.
• Experience in customer/client services and delivery.
• Residency in Guatemala is a requirement.
• Willingness to travel nationally on occasion may be necessary.
