This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Provide support and enhancement for Workday configurations, workflows, and the overall functionality of the system.

• Design and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems.

• Aid in reporting, analytics, dashboards, and efforts related to data validation.

• Collaborate with both functional and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to integrations, reporting logic, system performance, or data accuracy.

• Engage in testing cycles, deployments, system upgrades, and production support activities.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and optimization initiatives for the platform.

• Solid technical knowledge of the Workday platform and its fundamental architecture.

• Proven experience with integrations, reporting, and system configuration in a live production environment.

• Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and effectively communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience in supporting enterprise business applications within a collaborative setting.

• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Financials, or Time Tracking processes in Workday.
