This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain integrations utilizing Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, Cloud Connect, and REST/SOAP APIs.
β’ Serve as a Workday technical subject-matter expert for HR, IT, Finance, and business teams.
β’ Configure and oversee security roles, domains, policies, and business-process-level security.
β’ Create advanced reports including Matrix, Composite, Trending, Dashboards, and BIRT.
β’ Configure and enhance Workday business processes across various modules.
β’ Lead initiatives associated with bi-annual Workday releases, encompassing regression testing and impact assessments.
β’ Provide daily technical support for Workday, addressing issues and ensuring data integrity.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience across multiple modules, with a strong emphasis on Advanced Compensation and/or absence management (HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance experience is preferred).
β’ Proven experience in end-to-end configuration of Absence and Advanced Compensation.
β’ Strong proficiency in integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
β’ Knowledge of the Workday security model.
β’ Expertise in reporting, dashboards, and calculated fields.
β’ Experience in business process configuration.
β’ Familiarity with release management.
