Workday Security Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• The Workday Security Developer III is tasked with conducting system analysis and design, which encompasses requirements gathering, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and the development of security roles and policies within Workday.

• Carries out complex tasks independently, exercising considerable discretion and judgment.

• Acts as a liaison among TSG groups, clients, and vendors, while also mentoring team members and departmental colleagues.

• Responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Workday security across various modules, including HCM, Payroll, Financials, Recruiting, Learning, and others.

• Engages in security analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation for issues related to access.

• Works collaboratively with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Internal Audit, Compliance, and business stakeholders to identify and implement security requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Workday Security configuration.

• In-depth knowledge of Domain Security, Business Process Security, Configurable Security, Security Groups, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

• Experience in supporting Workday HCM and at least one additional functional area of Workday, such as Supply Chain, Payroll, Financials, Recruiting, Benefits, or Learning.

• Background in supporting security audits and compliance efforts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

• Workday Pro Security Certification is required, or the ability to obtain it within 18 months of the hire date.
