• Analyze all data and project deliverables to guarantee compliance with timeframes and budget constraints.
• Offer support to all clients while developing and maintaining performance dashboards and preparing reports for the project team.
• Adhere to program office procedures and policies in all work activities.
• Oversee and suggest necessary enhancements to all project methodologies.
• Assist in the completion of all projects, conducting required benefit analyses in conjunction with the project team and maintaining records of all project meetings.
• Manage all management agreements and compile relevant reports.
• Conduct analysis on project budgets and generate various reports for budget forecasts.
• Execute regular project status calls on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Provide support to various departments, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures when preparing reports.
• Create various reports to identify health risks and coordinate with the project lead to facilitate necessary follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to handle all associated activities (such as setting up project codes and follow-ups) and prepare appropriate summaries within the required timeframe.
• Ensure compliance with all project policies and standards, manage efficient timesheets, and prepare necessary PTO reports.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in a PMO role.
• Knowledge of Human Resources, Workday, or any other ERP systems.
• Exceptional communication skills and client management abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Experience in presentations and management reporting.
