This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Responsible for strategic direction or client-specific portfolio management within a Therapeutic Unit.
• Offers therapeutic expertise in the execution of project delivery.
• Encourages critical thinking in the Project Lead concerning delivery operations.
• Leads the development of overall strategies for proposals and pre-proposal initiatives.
• Engages with People Manager(s) to facilitate employee growth.
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent along with relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.
• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (equivalent to 10-12+ years).
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the therapeutic area.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability and capability to effectively prioritize tasks and resources for project team members in a dynamic environment.
• Strong financial insight with comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
