This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Workday HRIS Analyst is tasked with the configuration, administration, support, and ongoing enhancement of Workday Human Capital Management modules.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for HR-related Workday functionalities, collaborating closely with People Operations stakeholders to refine business processes, provide reporting insights, and maintain system integrity across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and related modules.
• Oversee and resolve support tickets related to Workday HCM.
• Take ownership of the configuration and continuous administration of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and Learning.
• Design, develop, and sustain Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, and security assignments.
• Manage Workday tenant configurations for both production and sandbox environments.
• Assist with bi-annual Workday release cycles, including feature reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for People Operations stakeholders regarding Workday system inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.
• Convert People Operations business requirements into actionable Workday configuration solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing alongside People Operations partners and document the outcomes.
• Create and provide end-user training materials and job aids for Workday HCM functionalities.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards to meet HR operational and strategic needs.
• Collaborate with People Operations leadership to deliver workforce analytics, including headcount, turnover, compensation, and DEI metrics.
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout HCM data domains.
• Lead or assist with Workday HCM project initiatives, including new module launches, process redesigns, and system integrations.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance People Operations processes through more effective utilization of Workday functionalities.
• Document configuration decisions, business process designs, and system modifications.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of direct experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration.
• Proficient in Core HCM and at least two of the following: Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Talent & Performance.
• Experience in building Workday reports using Report Writer and calculated fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to work effectively with non-technical HR stakeholders.
