This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Translate business needs into structured functional requirements.

• Assist in constructing end-to-end flows, detailing the business rules.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, providing functional clarity for the backlog.

• Efficiently manage the process backlog with strategic prioritization.

• Develop and document detailed business rules to facilitate understanding and alignment with the business area.

• Support the transition and maintenance between functional definition and technical implementation.

• Facilitate meetings for gathering and validating requirements, ensuring comprehension of key resources.

• Validate requirements with relevant areas;

• Map and document end-to-end processes (As Is and To Be).

• Construct operational and functional flows.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

• Serve as an interface between the business and the technical team.

• Support functional translation for technical implementation.

• Clarify functional doubts during development.

• Monitor deliveries and validate adherence to requirements.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies: Planning, Daily, Refinement, Review, Retrospective.

• Contribute with functional clarity and backlog definition.
