This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Design and configure customer HCM solutions.
• Take ownership of the customer design spreadsheet/workbook.
• Collaborate with all Practice/Functional Areas/Lead Consultants on projects to ensure comprehensive end-to-end solutions that account for downstream impacts.
• Engage in Functional/Integrations/Data Cross Team Meetings.
• Document issues, decisions, and action items arising from Initiation and Architect sessions.
• Conduct Unit Testing of configurations during the build phase and perform Smoke Testing prior to handoff to the client.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle, addressing questions and issues throughout phases such as Customer Unit Testing (P1), End-to-End Testing (P2), UAT Testing, Parallel Testing (P3), Deployment, and Post Go Live.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing ERP systems with a focus on financial solutions.
• Extensive HCM experience and a proven ability to implement systems effectively.
• Prior consulting experience is essential, whether as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization.
• Strong knowledge and experience in translating business requirements into system specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesizing information into clear and concise messages.
• Proven ability to address challenging conversations proactively, showcasing strong soft skills that promote resolution and a win-win approach.
• Demonstrated consultative skills for guiding client and internal discussions towards timely agreement on solutions.
• Highly self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic, change-driven environment.
• Ability to anticipate future needs and contribute to determining optimal solutions for issues and processes.
• Enthusiasm for collaboration and a creative mindset to develop processes and tools that facilitate the transition to cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary.
• Experience with implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar HCM systems.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Workday HCM certification is preferred; candidates without certification will be considered but must successfully complete any required certification(s) and maintain ongoing re-certification as per platform requirements.
