Workday Functional Consultant, Certification Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs

• Convert business needs into efficient Workday solutions

• Ensure high-quality execution and completion rates for all client projects

• Create and/or implement effective change management strategies

• Maintain positive and proactive communication with peers and colleagues

• Provide and receive feedback while seeking opportunities to assist others

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience as a Workday consultant

• Expertise in configuring one or more Workday HCM or Finance modules

• Familiarity with all stages of the Workday implementation lifecycle

• Proficient in using Workday tools such as Report Writer and calculated fields

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related discipline

• Active Workday Certification in one or more HCM or Finance modules is strongly preferred
