This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate directly with clients to integrate Workday Financials technology solutions into their increasingly complex business environments.
• Provide high-quality Workday solutions across various industries to fulfill clients’ evolving business needs.
• Define, construct, and execute financial processes and structures that align with the client's business objectives, enhancing the value and experience of the Workday software.
• Engage actively in internal training sessions and opportunities to share skills and insights with colleagues within the organization.
• Lead a team of consultants, mentoring them through their professional development in Workday and addressing escalations (Manager Level).
• Leverage Workday expertise to create sales materials and define project scopes as required by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).
• Report directly to a Managing or Senior Managing Workday Financials Consultant.
• Willingness to travel 25% at the request of clients.
• Workday Financials Certification (Required).
• Over 1 year of experience in implementing Workday Financials configurations for customers of varying sizes and complexities (Required).
• More than 1 year of experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday Financials solutions based on customer specifications (Required).
• Proficient in business processes such as general ledger, budgeting, cash management, grant management, chart of accounts redesign, procure-to-pay, purchase order conversions, expense management, fixed asset management, and/or order-to-cash (Required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Required).
• Proficiency in French (Preferred).
• CPA certification (Preferred).
• A strong passion for providing outstanding customer service and fostering customer collaboration.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with clients and colleagues in a manner that builds confidence and trust.
