Workday Financial Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the FINS workstream internally by mentoring junior consultants

• Direct the design and implementation of Workday projects

• Collaborate closely with all other Consultants within the Financial workstream

• Manage cross-functional implications alongside other domain leaders

• Support budget accountability for projects

• Act as the Area Architect for project initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Compensation configuration

• Experience in Workday implementation and project management

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
