Workday Finance Associate Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Responsible for executing Workday configurations utilizing a range of skill sets.

• Accountable for mentoring and evaluating the work of new employees.

• Integrate their contributions into the overall project framework.

• Define business challenges, create recommendations, persuade stakeholders to embrace a solution, and drive results.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of individuals, adjusting your communication style to accommodate each client's needs.

• Achieve product certification to assist client financial teams in determining the optimal path forward.

• Leverage your product expertise to design solutions that enable customers to reach their objectives.

• Partner and collaborate with teams from various locations, remaining open to seeking assistance and offering support when necessary.

• Deliver a clearly defined scope of work, identify potential risks and issues, and plan your workload accordingly.

• Maintain regular communication with the project manager regarding configuration updates, timelines, and project status.

• Support colleagues by reviewing their outputs periodically.

• Conduct unit testing to validate the modifications implemented as part of the requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the testing phase.

• Ensure that documentation of changes is accurate for the benefit of the customer.

• Comply with project and support procedures as outlined by the project manager.

• Assist clients in enhancing their knowledge and skills to independently manage their solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

• A Master’s degree in a related field is advantageous.

• Workday platform certification is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Certification in Workday Financial is preferred; certification in additional modules is a plus.

• Familiarity with Workday is preferred.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

• Must be adaptable and flexible; willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines is important.

• Should possess the ability to learn quickly and engage with new domains as business needs arise.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle is necessary.
