⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess extensive experience in the complete end-to-end HCM process, covering the entire Hire to Retire lifecycle, with demonstrated ability to manage and enhance each stage effectively.

• Must have practical experience with core modules such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Absence Management, accompanied by a strong working knowledge to ensure accurate processing and compliance.

• Should have hands-on experience with Talent modules, including recruitment, performance management, and development, showcasing a solid understanding and ability to support talent-related initiatives within the organization.

• Must have experience with a recognized HCM/ERP system such as SuccessFactors (SF), Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms, demonstrating capability in navigating, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise-level human capital management solutions.
