• Spearhead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Student solutions within higher education settings.
• Partner with academic, registrar, admissions, finance, and IT departments to collect business requirements and convert them into scalable system solutions.
• Configure and oversee student-related business processes, including admissions, enrollment, academic records, curriculum management, student finance, and graduation tracking.
• Evaluate existing SIS workflows and suggest process enhancements to boost operational efficiency and user experience.
• Assist with data migration, system integrations, testing activities, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
• Diagnose functional and technical issues concerning the student lifecycle and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to aid institutional decision-making and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and user procedures.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users, administrators, and stakeholders throughout the institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) or ERP platforms in higher education contexts.
• Direct experience with Workday Student is preferred.
• Experience with similar SIS platforms such as Ellucian Banner, Anthology Student, Jenzabar, Thesis Elements, or Thesis SM is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes, including admissions, enrollment, records management, financial aid, and academic planning.
• Experience in supporting system implementations, integrations, testing cycles, and production support activities.
• Familiarity with reporting tools, data management, and system integrations is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) are required.
• Must have experience working with U.S. clients.
