This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Guide clients through comprehensive Dayforce WFM implementations, encompassing requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Set up and confirm Dayforce WFM rules, including timekeeping policies, accrual plans, scheduling protocols, pay code mappings, and integrations with workforce data.

• Develop data mapping from source systems to Dayforce WFM, compose functional specifications for customizations, and oversee the testing and client acceptance of provided solutions.

• Create and update requirements documentation, design specifications, and project plans throughout the engagement's lifecycle.

• Interact with clients confidently, professionally addressing inquiries and feedback while fostering trust through consistent, high-quality delivery.

• Timely and professionally escalate issues to peers, project managers, or practice leads when necessary.

• Simultaneously manage multiple client engagements, accurately tracking your time, forecasting hours, and monitoring your own KPIs.

• Present materials and facilitate working sessions for client teams, showcasing ownership of your responsibilities and adopting a trusted advisor approach.

• Offer best-practice insights to clients, leveraging growing expertise in Dayforce WFM to identify optimal solutions for their requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with internal project teams, contributing actively as a team player, assisting others in problem-solving, and leading by example in daily tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience implementing Dayforce WFM, including the configuration of timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules.

• A sense of ownership with the ability to take accountability for your work, deliver high-quality output, and manage your time and performance targets proactively.

• Confidence in client interactions, with the capability to build trust, engage stakeholders professionally, and respond to feedback constructively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present information and facilitate client working sessions effectively.

• Capability to manage multiple clients at once, complete timesheets on time, and meet or exceed utilization goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

• Dayforce WFM certification is highly desirable, or a commitment to obtaining certification during onboarding.
