Technical Consultant I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of implementation consulting activities by engaging in customer discussions and collecting requirements.

• Work collaboratively with project managers and technical teams to facilitate the execution of implementations.

• Play a role in enhancing operational processes by documenting frequently asked questions and pinpointing workflow inefficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in supporting software implementations, customer onboarding projects, or technology initiatives.

• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Finance, or a closely related field.

• A basic understanding of software implementation and customer onboarding principles.

• Fundamental analytical and problem-solving abilities pertaining to technical troubleshooting.
