This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage and respond to inquiries from both existing and prospective clients.
• Deliver exceptional service to key travelers representing our clients.
• Efficiently manage incoming requests through various channels such as phone and email.
• Assist in specialized customer training programs and group flight arrangements.
• Research and confirm travel bookings for clients.
• Offer guidance on client travel policies.
• Address inquiries related to essential regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Supply necessary industry insights, including low fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to evaluate operational processes and client relationships to propose enhancements.
• Significant experience in the role of a travel agent.
• Proficient in GDS Amadeus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
