Workday Compensation Consultant – Advanced Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement and set up enterprise-level Workday solutions for global clients, with a focus on Compensation.

• Oversee post-deployment processes for Workday Compensation implementations.

• Configure and enhance Workday solutions according to customer requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

• Offer expert advice and support in Compensation modules.

• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within Kainos' Workday practice.

• Lead a functional workstream during a prime implementation across the entire project lifecycle.

• Mentor and/or supervise junior consultants.

• Rotate through Workday delivery services, particularly in Consulting and Application Management Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of Workday or other HCM products, particularly in Compensation and Advanced Compensation.

• Exceptional customer focus, with the ability to assess needs, build relationships, and manage expectations.

• Strong communication abilities, including effective communication in remote working environments.

• Capability to formally present to senior client audiences.

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.

• Broad comprehension of business and technology.

• Awareness of industry trends in Human Resource Management, Financials, Enterprise Resource Planning, or Payroll.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Capacity to lead a functional workstream throughout the complete project lifecycle.

• Willingness and capability to serve as a role model and mentor or manage junior consultants.

• Ability to rotate through Workday Consulting and Application Management Services.

• Professional qualifications in the relevant area of expertise are advantageous.

• Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation certifications are beneficial.
