Workday AMS Reporting & Analytics Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and create Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Trending, Composite)

• Develop dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets

• Configure intricate Calculated Fields

• Improve and refine existing reporting solutions

• Convert business requirements into reporting outputs

• Lead or assist in requirements gathering sessions

• Oversee workload for multiple clients

• Offer Workday best-practice recommendations

• Cultivate strong client relationships

• Supervise and mentor junior consultants

• Keep Workday certifications up to date

• Participate in internal initiatives and promote best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Workday Reporting

• Extensive experience with Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite Reporting

• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines

• Workday Reporting Certification (preferred)

• Experience with Financials Reporting (preferred)

• Familiarity with Prism (preferred)

• Background in leading reporting or data workstreams (preferred)

• Experience with EIBs (preferred)
