Work-Student – Engineering, Intralogistics, AutoStore

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the development of technical drawings.

• Aiding in the preparation of proposal documents during the sales phase and specifications during the implementation phase.

• Facilitating the integration and detailed engineering of specialized equipment and trades.

• Supporting the inquiry process, gathering, and comparing quotes from both internal and external trades.

• Assisting in the validation of functionalities within drawings and concepts.

• Aiding in CE-related tasks, including safety concepts and risk assessments.

• Supporting communication efforts and nurturing relationships with stakeholders.

• Assisting in the assessment of opportunities and risks, while contributing to proposed solutions.

• Aiding in the optimization of processes, templates, and the overall project methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing technical studies in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Strong analytical skills along with basic drawing capabilities (CAD).

• Initial practical experience (e.g., internships) in engineering, project environments, or intralogistics is advantageous.

• Fundamental understanding of engineering, automation, and a keen interest in logistics and IT processes.
