This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provides support for both Transactional and Litigation practices.
• Prepares and revises legal documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDFs.
• Formats documents, resolves document-related issues, and transcribes dictations.
• Creates and modifies intricate legal documents while complying with Firm styles and guidelines.
• Aids in the formatting, styling, and cleanup of Word documents.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in law firm word processing is essential.
• Capability to adjust to shifting priorities and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Microsoft Visio, along with experience using NetDocuments.
