This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Engaging with and managing inquiries related to client experience across various channels.
• Performing ongoing clerical, administrative, and routine tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily client experience activities.
• Monitoring performance daily, weekly, and monthly by aiding in data collection and clarifying the reasons behind observed outcomes.
• Conducting regular interviews with users to gather feedback and insights for enhanced service delivery to our audience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Proficient in English (C1 or C2 level).
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack and Google Sheets.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Previous experience in ecommerce or a technology startup is advantageous.
• Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to perform various roles.
• Capable of translating client experiences into actionable recommendations.
