• Oversee full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS across various distribution centers.
• Customize and design WMS processes to meet business requirements, covering Receiving, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows.
• Work in collaboration with stakeholders to collect and document requirements, define system architecture, and ensure alignment with operational objectives.
• Perform continuous analysis of supply chain processes to uncover opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, business rules, and system design artifacts.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Assist in testing strategies and validate functional modifications in WMS.
• Offer insights and recommendations to stakeholders regarding WMS strategy and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 8 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain within the Retail or Consumer Goods sectors.
• At least 2 full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS and its configuration.
• Background in developing Manhattan Proactive Extension.
• In-depth knowledge of standard warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, cross-docking, picking/packing, and shipping.
• Familiarity with JSON and Postman for API testing and integration tasks.
• Experience with Configuration Director and managing multi-configuration environments.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and project execution.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, including engagement at the executive level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
