This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee the complete implementation of Manhattan Active WMS across various distribution centers.
• Customize and design WMS processes to meet business requirements, encompassing Receiving, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to collect and document requirements, outline system design, and ensure it aligns with operational objectives.
• Perform continuous analysis of supply chain processes to discover avenues for enhancement.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, and system design artifacts.
• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Assist in testing strategies and confirm functional changes in WMS.
• Offer insights and recommendations to stakeholders regarding WMS strategy and execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 8 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain for Retail or Consumer Goods sectors.
• At least 2 full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS.
• Strong practical experience with Manhattan Active WMS and its configuration.
• Familiarity with Manhattan Proactive Extension development.
• In-depth knowledge of standard warehouse operations – receiving, putaway, cross-docking, pick/pack, and shipping.
• Experience with JSON and Postman for API testing and integration.
• Knowledge of Configuration Director and management of multi-configuration environments.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and project execution.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement at the executive level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
