This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in infrastructure projects, address critical incidents, and resolve alerts generated by monitoring tools.
• Oversee Microsoft Windows Server environments along with corporate infrastructure management.
• Supervise Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Manage co-management environments that integrate SCCM and Intune.
• Develop, maintain, and automate Task Sequences for operating system deployment (OSD).
• Execute software distribution, manage operating system images, and implement necessary patches.
• Create scripts aimed at operational automation and continuous process enhancement.
• Generate custom reports utilizing SCCM Reporting Services and SQL Reporting.
• Oversee both On-Premises and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Provide support and maintain VMware and Hyper-V servers.
• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, Group Policy (GPO), WSUS, and Certification Authority.
• Establish and uphold security policies through GPOs (Security Baselines).
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, which include Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and other services.
• Operate in distributed environments such as Distribution Centers, Stores, Branches, and Offices.
• Oversee Hitachi Storage, 3PAR Storage, and Brocade SAN infrastructure.
• Conduct firmware updates and apply patches on Windows servers.
• Provide support for corporate applications using the Knowledge Base.
• Manage technical escalations and crisis situations involving various organizational levels.
• Administer Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, and Azure services.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Dynatrace, and SCCM.
• Develop dashboards, charts, templates, maps, notifications, and automations for monitoring purposes.
• Define metrics, thresholds, alert levels, user profiles, and maintenance windows.
• Promote continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of operational procedures.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in English (fluent/proficient level).
• Possession of Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-102, MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent credentials).
• Relevant technical certifications pertaining to Microsoft infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
• Familiarity with SCCM + Intune (Co-Management) environments.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) administration.
• Experience in operating system deployment (OSD).
• Proficient in Active Directory administration.
• Skilled in Azure Active Directory administration.
• Knowledgeable in DNS administration.
• Experienced with Group Policy (GPO) administration.
• Advanced implementation of Security Baselines through GPO.
• Proficient in WSUS administration.
• Experience with Certification Authority administration.
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 administration (including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Proficient in VMware administration.
• Familiarity with Hyper-V.
• Experience in managing Microsoft Azure environments.
• Knowledge of hybrid environments (combining On-Premises and Cloud).
• Familiarity with Hitachi Storage.
• Understanding of Brocade SAN technology.
• Knowledge of distributed environments (such as Distribution Centers, Stores, Branches).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Experience in developing scripts for operational automation.
