Measurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Oversee and suggest contemporary measurement strategies for marketing initiatives.

• Implement statistical modeling and experimental design to assess incremental impact, customer analysis, and attribution-based measurement.

• Analyze extensive datasets to uncover performance insights and identify areas for improvement utilizing R, SQL, and Python.

• Present findings to internal stakeholders along with recommended actions.

• Conduct statistics-based performance forecasting.

• Leverage AI technologies to enhance and optimize business operations.

• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for departmental tasks.

• Collaborate with team members on project delivery using Asana.

• Achieve KPIs related to analysis quality, clarity, accuracy, timely delivery, and effective internal communication/teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics.

• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel.

• Expertise in R or Python, along with SQL.

• Familiarity with ETL tools like Funnel.io and Fivetran.

• Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.

• Comprehension of data science principles, including statistical modeling, experimental design, the limitations of statistics, and data infrastructure to support data science.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Self-driven and able to perform under pressure.

• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Nice to have: Experience with digital data collection tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics).

• Nice to have: Familiarity with ad platform reporting and data systems (3rd party pixels, product catalogs, and server-side tracking).
