This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Offer support for Hardware, Software, and Operating Systems for GSA clients.

• Oversee and manage Active Directory Group Policies for Windows (11) desktop operating systems.

• Administer and manage Active Directory Group Policies for applications including Microsoft Office, Edge, and Google Chrome.

• Assess and implement Security Hardening guide Group Policies on Windows workstations.

• Diagnose Application, browser, and OS issues arising from GPO settings.

• Administer MBAM (Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring) hard drive encryption for all GSA Win10 and Win11 PCs.

• Contribute to the creation of sections within systems engineering documentation.

• Provide Tier 3 support to ITSD/DSS/ATS (IT Support) for Hardware, Software, and Configuration issues.

• Must possess Public Trust Clearance by the start date.

• ITILv4 Foundation Certification, which may be obtained within 120 days after hire.

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in maintaining and managing Active Directory Group Policies.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in both full and/or partial remote environments.

• Willingness to work various shifts, including holidays as scheduled.

• Proven capability to apply extensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff and clients.
