Senior Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and track the engineering projects assigned, including contractual tasks and related deliverables.

• Assist the Project Manager (PM) with all processes related to change control, such as additional scope requests and scheduling.

• Collaborate with both external and internal team members to meet commercial and technical requirements.

• Facilitate the execution of assigned tasks while providing mentorship to junior engineers.

• Collaborate with the PM and other project and technical functional areas.

• Review and support the delivery of engineering outputs, initiating necessary corrective actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Previous knowledge of Westinghouse AP1000 is advantageous.

• More than 4 years of experience in engineering roles, including design, project management, manufacturing, or quality assurance.

• Understanding of technical requirement management.

• Knowledge of nuclear industry standards, regulations, best practices, and performance benchmarks.

• Ability to work across multiple disciplines.

• Project management experience is a plus.
