Windows Desktop Migration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Carry out user migrations in accordance with the factory playbook.

• Ensure end-user functionality on NDS.Next desktops is validated.

• Conduct application testing, reproduce defects, and perform regression checks.

• Identify and resolve issues across Windows, applications, and configuration.

• Draft clear updates for users and technical documentation.

• Deliver structured reports regarding workload management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of overall professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in Windows desktop migration.

• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments.

• Proficiency in connecting cloud applications (Azure preferred).

• Competence in Python or Java programming.

• Excellent skills in debugging and isolating problems.

• Solid understanding of application testing methodologies.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong personal project management capabilities.
