This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Execute both Physical and Book Audits to confirm inventory collateral and dealer adherence to DTFS policies.

• Carry out on-site inventory assessments utilizing digital audit tools, inventory reports, and relevant documentation.

• Assist with BCO, LFR, pledge line, lease line, and acquisition audit tasks.

• Detect, investigate, and record inventory inconsistencies, collateral shortcomings, and possible Sold Out of Trust (SOT) scenarios.

• Evaluate, reconcile, and affirm third-party audit findings for U.S. and Canadian dealer portfolios, ensuring that audit exceptions are thoroughly documented, researched, and addressed.

• Ascertain when audit results necessitate escalation due to potential financial, compliance, or fraud-related concerns.

• Collaborate with Dealer Credit, Wholesale Administration, Sales, and external partners to rectify audit issues and safeguard company assets.

• Act as the DTFS representative during dealer audit processes and cultivate strong business relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) and ideally 2-4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.

• At least one year of field audit experience is required.

• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to establish relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of dealer personnel and business partners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel approximately 95%; candidates should reside within a reasonable distance to a major airport to facilitate frequent nationwide travel.
