Utility Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver utility and invoice management services for a diverse client portfolio

• Guarantee precise and timely processing of community utility bills and individual resident invoices

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external utility providers to address escalated invoice concerns

• Perform system-generated audits

• Uphold high standards of accuracy and efficiency while managing utilities on behalf of clients

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in utilities, accounts payable, or a related industry

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to establish and nurture strategic relationships with clients and team members

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage workload
