This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ongoing development for independent owner/operators/lessees through the management of training programs and periodic site visits.

• Accountable for executing marketing strategies and developing/maintaining fuel pricing strategies.

• Offer guidance on Environmental and Government Regulatory compliance.

• Ensures that the portfolio adheres to brand standards and that all elements of the agreements, including but not limited to taxes, security deposits, and general liability insurance policies, are active and that applicable invoices and fees are paid promptly.

• Plans and implements strategies to achieve the Company’s long-term objectives.

• Serves as a liaison between internal support teams to fulfill all program requirements.

• Primary contact for selecting, training, and integrating company-owned asset operators to achieve strategic outcomes.

• Conducts and ensures asset control activities within the assigned region.

• Maintains, documents, and periodically updates all relevant site-related activities in Sales Force for all accounts.

• Demonstrates entrepreneurial skills to identify daily cost-saving opportunities in maintenance and other areas.

• Responds promptly to emergencies to ensure the safety and security of customers and store staff; alerts the necessary personnel as required.

• Negotiates contracts that uphold the company’s brand integrity and align with our objectives.

• Manages fuel supply to customers.

• Provides directional support to vendors for maintenance tasks.

• Cultivates and manages franchisee relationships for an expanded network of accounts, facilitating optimization of manpower requirements.

• Develops and analyzes new business prospects.

• Analyzes financial proformas.

• Acts as the contact point for site operator personnel.

• Assists in supervising daily retail operations related to fuel.

• Oversees operations of company-owned assets through individual operators and light products, land, and facilities within the assigned territory.

• Mentors and aids in the development of Wholesale Business Specialists.

• Completes additional responsibilities, including special projects, as assigned by Management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4-year degree).

• 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in sales, account management, and/or wholesale fuels.

• Preferred in-depth knowledge of the fuel industry.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Retail experience is preferred.

• Leadership, coaching, and project management skills.

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
