This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Play a vital role in evaluating contracts associated with property transactions.
• Ensure precision and incorporate suitable special conditions into the contracts.
• Possess a minimum of 12 months' experience in Conveyancing and a genuine passion for Property law.
• Be admitted to the Supreme Court or hold a valid Australian Practising Certificate or Conveyancing License.
• Have a willingness to learn about various jurisdictions over time.
• Go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service to clients.
• Have experience supporting the entire residential conveyancing process, including contract reviews, drafting, transfer matters, off-the-plan reviews, negotiations with multiple stakeholders, liaising with authorities, and assisting with settlement sign-offs.
• Have worked in a high-volume, fast-paced dynamic environment and prioritize teamwork.
• Have experience in, or a desire to be trained to manage files across various jurisdictions.
• Share insights with colleagues and continuously learn how to enhance processes and client service.
