Junior Lawyer – Real Estate & Condominium Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Managing civil advisory and contentious issues.

• Overseeing and participating in legal proceedings related to real estate and condominium matters.

• Assisting with labor claims pertaining to condominium contexts.

• Preparing pleadings and legal documents.

• Coordinating and monitoring procedural deadlines.

• Organizing technical matters and internal workflows.

• Aiding in the development of preventive and strategic legal solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).

• 1–2 years of experience in legal practice.

• Excellent legal writing and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Genuine interest in civil, real estate, and condominium law practice.
