This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Launch New Sites (60%)
• Pre-Site Launch: Arrive on site at least two days prior to the launch. Assist in defining and clarifying roles within the launch team. Provide training and coaching for technicians.
• Repair wheel cosmetic damages such as curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels using spray-painting equipment, power tools, and work aids.
• Troubleshoot to Maintain Service Excellence (20%)
• Enhance the Team’s Ability to Implement SOPs and Technology (30%)
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert Technician for the Division (20%)
• Engage in weekly updates during the Division Project Team calls.
• Over 5 years of experience in auto wheel repair
• Preferred but not mandatory: Auto painting experience or training from a collision repair technical school
• Vision capabilities must include close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction
• Manual dexterity for tasks that involve repetitive motions
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• Resilience and determination to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
• At least 2 years of experience in a role that involves customer interactions
