West Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for driving growth within Clorox's Away From Home (AFH) sector by overseeing sales operations throughout the Western United States.

• Oversee regional foodservice brokers and maintain distributor partnerships.

• Identify and create new business opportunities to enhance the Hidden Valley Ranch® and Kingsford® Professional product lines.

• Achieve regional growth targets in Net Customer Sales (NCS), Volume, Gross Margin, Forecast Accuracy, Profitability, Trade Investment ROI, Customer & Distributor Growth, and New Business Pipeline.

• Collaborate extensively with Marketing, Culinary, R&D, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales Planning, QA, and external customer stakeholders to drive profitable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Away From Home (Foodservice) sector within a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) organization.

• Proven ability to manage foodservice broker networks effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing regional distributor relationships and executing Joint Business Planning.

• Experience in managing regional commercial operator accounts.

• A solid track record of securing new business and nurturing customer pipelines.

• In-depth understanding of foodservice distribution, operator selling, and back-of-house operations.

• Experience in managing trade investments and ensuring sales profitability.

• Cross-functional experience collaborating with Marketing, Culinary, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D teams.

• Strong skills in forecasting and demand planning.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, Power BI, Technomic, and Datassential.
