This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the daily operations related to chargebacks, cash application, and adjustments for a team of 4–7 analysts.
• Supervise the analysis and resolution of intricate payment discrepancies, pricing differences, contractual matters, and overdue receivables.
• Ensure precise application of cash and adjustments in accordance with audit controls, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
• Prepare and review monthly reports, ad hoc analyses, and summaries for management.
• Track team performance, productivity, and operational metrics.
• Manage, mentor, and develop analysts, focusing on performance evaluations and prioritization of workloads.
• Act as the escalation point for complicated chargeback and accounts receivable challenges.
• Provide operational updates and escalation insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Chargeback Operations, Finance, Pricing, and external vendors.
• Assist with vendor business reviews, performance monitoring, and follow-up actions.
• Drive initiatives for process efficiency, data cleansing, and operational enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems.
• Document processes, controls, and best practices.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of changes in systems or processes.
• Ensure adherence to audit requirements, internal controls, and vendor timelines.
• Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks while providing data-driven support for decision-making.
• 5+ years of experience in chargebacks, accounts receivable, cash application, or adjustments within a B2B manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Strong grasp of supplier agreements, chargeback procedures, audit controls, and operational governance.
• Experience in leading or managing teams, including coaching, performance evaluation, and workload prioritization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Practical experience with ERP systems; SAP and/or Oracle is required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to independently address issues and lead cross-functional escalations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, assess team performance, and adhere to vendor-specific deadlines.
• Experience in preparing management summaries and operational reports for senior leadership is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
