This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Correspondence support with partners and clients

• Preliminary processing of technical support tickets

• Management and maintenance of customer data

• Assistance with knowledge base articles

• Configuration in back-end systems

• Administrative tasks in the service environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Enrollment as a student (m/f/d) at a university or technical college, preferably in a technical field

• Interest in technical subjects

• Customer-oriented approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written

• Proficient in MS Office

• Independent and responsible work style, along with flexibility, teamwork, and commitment

• Critical and solution-oriented thinking

• Open and communicative personality with a convincing presence
