Werkstudent Marketing – Events, Kampagnenmanagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assistance in planning, organizing, and executing both internal and external events.

• Coordination of organizational processes and collaboration with internal and external contacts.

• Participation in the conceptualization and implementation of marketing campaigns.

• Creation of content, graphics, and visual materials (e.g., invitations, digital screens).

• Ensuring a consistent brand presence (CI/CD).

• Support in monitoring and analyzing campaign and event performance (e.g., participant numbers, engagement, reach).

• Deriving optimization measures for the further development of events and campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Enrollment at a German university (advanced Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.

• Strong interest in event management, marketing campaigns, and digital topics.

• Initial practical experience in event management, marketing, or project management is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational skills along with a structured, independent, and proactive working style.

• Very good language skills and a keen sense for target group-oriented communication.

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to support both internal and external events on-site.

• Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and relevant performance metrics (e.g., participant numbers, engagement, reach).

• Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

• Interest in a long-term collaboration (at least 1 year).
