This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Planning, coordination, and execution of regional congresses, events, and sponsorship initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support corporate goals.
• Development and implementation of the annual events and congress strategy, including budget oversight, prioritization, and performance evaluation in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
• Creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, along with the development of materials and tools in partnership with local and international sales and marketing teams.
• Autonomous organization and management of congresses and professional events, encompassing logistics, speaker coordination, exhibition participation, and travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Oversight and monitoring of event budgets, with proactive identification and communication of potential risks.
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Sales, Technical Services, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Administration) to ensure the effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Assurance of compliance requirements while engaging with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs).
• Analysis and reporting of event and marketing activities, along with the identification of optimization strategies to enhance effectiveness.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in planning and executing events, preferably within the healthcare, MedTech, or other regulated sectors.
• Proficient written and spoken skills in both German and English.
• Experience in managing complex, simultaneous projects and meeting deadlines.
• A high level of initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and resilience in fast-paced work environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills when interacting with internal and external partners, as well as senior management.
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); familiarity with Cvent is a plus.
