Werkstudent – Kundenbetreuung Event

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist our customer service and sales teams in preparing for one of the top three real estate events in Germany: the Immobiliengipfel in Wiesbaden (immobiliengipfel.com).

• You will contact potential visitors by phone and support them in redeeming their tickets.

• You will send additional information via email.

⛳️ Requirements

• Enrolled student (m/f/d).

• Initial experience in customer service or as an assistant is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• You work in a structured and reliable manner, maintaining an overview even with multiple tasks at hand.

• Proficient use of digital tools – experience with CRM systems is a plus.

• You enjoy communication and present yourself in a friendly and professional manner.

• Team player with self-initiative and a quick grasp of concepts.
