• Lead generation and cold calling: You will research suitable companies and actively reach out to them via phone.

• Needs analysis: In conversations with potential partners, you will uncover the challenges they face and explain clearly and concisely how our platform can assist.
• Appointment scheduling: You will qualify prospects and arrange meetings for our sales team – your leads are the first step towards acquiring new customers.
• Support sales processes: You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales, contribute ideas for campaigns, and help continuously improve our outreach efforts.
• Motivation: You are eager to engage in sales and wish to learn how modern B2B sales operates within an AI startup.
• Communication skills: You approach people openly, remain friendly and persuasive – whether on the phone, via email, or on LinkedIn.
• Organization: You work in a structured manner, track your leads, and maintain oversight even amidst numerous conversations.
• AI-first mindset: You have an interest in new technologies and want to understand how AI is transforming the work environment of companies.
• Initiative: You think critically, contribute ideas, and take a hands-on approach – even if you are new to the subject.
• Language: You are fluent in German (C1+) and have good command of English.
• Your average weekly working hours will be approximately 15 hours, which you can schedule flexibly alongside your studies.
• You will work remotely, with direct support from our sales team.
