Well Being Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based coaching for mental health and well-being through video or phone sessions.

• Utilize cognitive behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, and principles of behavior change.

• Assist participants in setting goals, managing stress, building resilience, and achieving sustainable lifestyle changes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive person-centered care.

• Appropriately escalate any concerns while adhering to clinical, safety, and documentation protocols.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation is maintained.

• Monitor and evaluate participant engagement and outcomes.

• Leverage data, feedback, and insights to enhance the quality of coaching and improve participant experiences.

• Engage in mandatory training, supervision, and team meetings.

• Keep updated on the latest coaching practices, behavioral science research, and trends in mental health.

• Assist in creating content, conducting webinars, participating in speaking events, and implementing products or technologies as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid NBC-HWC certification (mandatory).

• Strong background in mental health coaching and a holistic, lifestyle-centered approach to care.

• Preferred experience in providing virtual coaching.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

• Collaborative and service-oriented attitude.
