Weekend Clinical Manager, RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and provide support to clinical staff

• Ensure adherence to Medicare, state, and regulatory standards

• Evaluate documentation for accuracy and quality (including OASIS)

• Track patient outcomes and promote performance enhancements

• Work in partnership with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Guide clinicians toward professional development and clinical excellence

• Guarantee that agency policies and standards are uniformly upheld

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

• At least 1 year of RN experience in acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled home health

• Proficiency in OASIS required

• In-depth understanding of home health regulations and compliance

• Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and auto insurance

• Willingness to travel locally as required
