This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

• Complete the onboarding process and familiarize yourself with our website stack and procedures.

• Get acquainted with the team.

• Start making minor enhancements, fixes, and optimizations to current pages.

• Take charge of website performance and reliability metrics.

• Implement improvements in tracking and analytics dashboards.

• Assume ownership and lead technical web projects from start to finish.

• Become the primary expert on website performance, Cloudflare, and front-end optimization.

• Expertise in WordPress: must have extensive experience in building and maintaining WordPress sites, especially using Elementor.

• Cloudflare: proven experience in configuring DNS, CDN, caching rules, and security settings.

• JavaScript & CSS: strong front-end capabilities for developing and customizing web experiences.

• Site Reliability: ability to monitor uptime, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability.

• Site Performance Optimization: practical experience in enhancing Core Web Vitals, page speed, and load times.

• Analytics & Tracking: skilled in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

• Strong design mindset: capacity to deliver polished, pixel-perfect designs with a focus on user experience.

• Nice to Have: experience with Elementor or similar page-builders (e.g., Divi, Beaver Builder).

• PHP: familiarity with theme and plugin customization in WordPress.

• Experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

• Understanding of SEO best practices.
