Website Audit Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive audits on over 1,000 career website pages, assessing content, design, functionality, and user experience.

• Evaluate website components such as text, links, images, videos, banners, menus, social media icons, forms, and interactive elements.

• Detect and document content inaccuracies, broken links, missing assets, layout discrepancies, functionality issues, and brand inconsistencies.

• Log findings and suggestions for improvements in spreadsheets for subsequent review and approval.

• Propose specific amendments and enhancements instead of total redesigns or structural modifications.

• Ensure that pages adhere to standards of quality, usability, consistency, and branding.

• Work collaboratively with web development and content teams to prioritize and address issues.

• Monitor recommendations, approvals, updates, and resolutions until completion.

• Maintain precision, consistency, and attention to detail while auditing a substantial number of pages.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant work experience as outlined in the job details.

• Candidates must be residing in Ireland.

• Previous experience in website auditing is crucial; applicants lacking this will not be considered.

• Strong comprehension of website content, usability, functionality, and design principles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in spotting site inconsistencies.

• Proficient in spreadsheet management, documentation, and analytical tasks.

• Prior experience in website audits, quality assurance, or content management is advantageous.

• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and CSS is considered a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Outstanding reporting and communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable with structured, repetitive, detail-oriented tasks and committed to continuous improvement.
