This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Reporting to the Director of Social, this position spearheads social strategy and implementation for 4-6 clients.
• You will be tasked with establishing the strategic direction, defining the content approach, and ensuring each brand presents itself with clarity and intention across various platforms.
• This role demands robust strategic thinking combined with meticulous day-to-day execution, collaborating closely with PR, Content, Events, Marketing, and Growth teams to create a cohesive go-to-market presence.
• Develop and implement platform-specific social strategies that are in line with each client’s positioning, audience, and objectives.
• Craft clear, concise, and context-sensitive social content across diverse formats and tones, including announcements, threads, explainers, news reactions, and technical content.
• Maintain a current understanding of the crypto and emerging tech landscape, tracking narratives, shifts, competitors, and opportunities.
• Oversee daily social operations, including scheduling, posting, real-time engagement, and upholding a consistent publishing rhythm.
• Collaborate with PR, Content, and Growth teams to ensure social efforts align with overarching campaigns and product timelines.
• Utilize analytics and platform data to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and measure effectiveness.
• Plan and execute social-native activations such as Spaces, AMAs, giveaways, and other campaign formats.
• Ensure all content maintains uniform messaging, tone, and brand alignment across all platforms.
• 3+ years of experience managing brand social accounts, preferably in the crypto, AI, or emerging tech sectors.
• Proficient and adaptable copywriting skills across various formats, including announcements, threads, explainers, reactions, and long-form summaries.
• A strong enthusiasm for web3/crypto and active participation in on-chain communities.
• Capability to evaluate a brand’s social health through audits, competitor analysis, and data insights.
• Clear understanding of how narratives circulate through X, LinkedIn, Farcaster, and on-chain communities.
• Experience in planning and executing multi-week social pipelines linked to product, PR, or marketing roadmaps.
• Familiarity with internet culture and the ability to leverage it effectively without resorting to gimmicks.
• Proficiency in lightweight multimedia creation, including graphics, templates, short-form videos, or AI tools.
• Ability to simplify complex technical subjects into clear, platform-native content.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients, maintaining a consistent cadence, and meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with PR, Content, Creative, Growth, and internal client teams.
